Data Deletion Policy

At Yhub, we respect our users’ privacy and are committed to providing a transparent and secure process for deleting personal data.

Account Deletion

Users may permanently delete their Yhub account directly through the “Profile” screen within the application.

Once the deletion request is submitted and confirmed by the user:

  • The Yhub account will be permanently deleted.
  • Personal information and account-related data associated with the account will be removed from Yhub’s active systems and databases under our control.
  • Certain technical records, security logs, audit logs, backup records, and operational monitoring data may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, system integrity, debugging, or enforcement of legal rights and obligations.
  • Any connected data, account-related content, analytics, and stored user information under Yhub’s control will be deleted, except where retention is required by applicable law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention requirements, dispute resolution, or enforcement of legal rights.

Yhub does not currently support partial deletion or disconnection of specific connected accounts or integrations independently from the main user account. Deletion is performed at the account level only.

Deletion Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed automatically after confirmation by the user. In certain cases, backup systems and security logs may retain limited data for a short period where technically necessary, after which such data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Third-Party Services

If the user connected third-party services (such as Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, or other providers), Yhub will cease access to those services upon account deletion. However, users may also independently manage permissions and connected applications directly through the relevant third-party provider settings.

Yhub is not responsible for data retained independently by third-party platforms according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
