Yhub – Data Deletion Instructions
Yhub provides users with full control to disconnect social accounts and request deletion of stored data.
A. Disconnect a Social Account (Recommended)
You can disconnect Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok from within your Yhub dashboard.
When you disconnect:
- Access tokens are revoked/invalidated on our side
- Yhub stops accessing your connected account
- Any scheduled actions associated with that account are canceled
B. What We Delete
When you disconnect an account or request deletion, we permanently delete the following (as applicable):
1) Authentication & Connection Data
- Access tokens
- Connected account/page identifiers
- Authorization metadata
2) Analytics & Insights Data
- Retrieved insights and performance metrics stored in Yhub
3) Scheduling Data (Scheduling / Publishing)
- Content calendar items
- Drafts prepared for scheduling
- Queued/scheduled publishing plans linked to the disconnected account
4) Inbox Data (DMs / Comments)
- Inbox connection metadata
- Conversation references and moderation objects (e.g., comment thread identifiers)
