3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

All activity performed through their accounts
Reviewing AI-generated outputs before publishing or relying on them
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform policies
Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials

Users may not:

Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Interfere with platform operation or security
Use the Services to distribute spam, malware, or malicious content
Violate intellectual property or privacy rights

4. AI-Generated Content

Yhub may generate content, recommendations, analytics, or automated outputs using artificial intelligence systems.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unintended results.
Human review is required before relying on or publishing generated content.
Yhub does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, originality, performance, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

Users remain solely responsible for all content published, distributed, or relied upon through the Services.

5. Third-Party Platforms and APIs

Yhub integrates with third-party platforms including Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and others.

Yhub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by those platforms unless explicitly stated.

Availability of certain features depends on third-party APIs, permissions, policies, and operational status.

Yhub is not responsible for:

Third-party platform outages or restrictions
API changes or revoked permissions
Account suspensions by third-party providers
Third-party data handling practices

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, branding, interfaces, and platform content, remain the exclusive property of Yhub and its licensors.

Users retain ownership of content they upload or submit to the Services.

By using the Services, users grant Yhub a limited license to process, host, display, and analyze uploaded content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

7. Suspension and Termination

Yhub may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including where:

Users violate these Terms
Security risks are identified
Third-party platform restrictions require enforcement
Operational or legal considerations require suspension

Users may stop using the Services and delete their account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY.

Yhub does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, specific business outcomes, audience growth, platform availability, or financial results.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, REPUTATION, OR GOODWILL
CONTENT GENERATED BY AI SYSTEMS
ACTIONS OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS OR USERS

IN NO EVENT SHALL YHUB’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO YHUB DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall lie with the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
